A major player in the automotive industry, the new facility would feed their main customers operations in nearby Solihull.
Teccon, as a long-standing partner, were able to demonstrate our experience in automotive sector storage, consulting on and installing the racking solution from the clients’ requirements.
CONFIDENCE IN EXPERIENCE
Involved in planning the racking system, we took our customers key requirements and recommended Dexion P-90+ racking backed with Troax anti-collapse mesh in alternate picking and forklift aisles.
In addition to meet their needs we recommended bespoke non-standard beam lengths of 3.9m to accommodate the range of pallets they required storing.
Steel Mesh Decking was installed in all pallet racking bays which provide added stability for pallets loaded at height and are the best solution for sprinkler system dispersal.
